In the first step, I added the title so the audience knows that its a contents page and not just another page, I made it a bigger font so there isn't much empty space after and so it's clearly visible to the audience i also added a line underneath so it makes it look better.
In the second step, I've added the page numbers of the main articles on them so they wouldn't get confused with the recipe pages that I will have in my magazine I've made them all the same font so they run in a suit and if it's a double page spread I've added where the articles will run on to.

In the third step, I've added the title of the pages so they know what it page is which. I chose a black font so it stands out from the white background it's a small font as well so I could fit everything on that one page and so it has nice layout as well.
In the fourth step, I've added lines between each page number so when the audience looks at the page they might get confused so I've added the lines to separate them so it's more clear to see where each page links to, the bottom is stretched out longer as I will be adding my recipe pages below.

In the fifth step, I've added the title 'recipes' so people won't get confused on if its a just a normal article page when they are specially just on healthy recipes that I have included in my magazine, I've added another line below the title so its the same format as the contents title.
In the sixth step, I've added the page numbers where you can find these recipes, I've also added the title of the recipes that I have in my magazine so they know what they will expect for the recipes they are the same font for the page numbers and the titles that i have used for the normal pages. I've laid it out like this so it saves me make the font smaller to make them all fit in a list and so it takes up space.

In the last step, I've added my magazine title down the side of the pages to take up and use up the empty space that was on that side of the page, it also adds a nice touch to it as it displays the name on there as well as the front cover.
