In the first step, I chose a background colour and I chose grey because its a modern colour and is used on most magazine front covers it stands out very well and it connotates in a mature way, I also went for a big bold font they are in individual lines because it's more out there and it fills up most of the page so there are fewer gaps on the page I chose a white font so it stands out from the background so it's clearly visible to the people looking at the title.

In the third step, I gave my audience some details of how long it takes to cook and to prep how many people it serves, and the difficulty of the recipe, I've linked this layout to my secondary research as it looks more professional and it's all really easy to see and read because I didn't want it too big all compact together so giving it space makes it look nicer, more tidy and professional. I went for a white small font so it stands out from the page and so it doesn't take up most of the room on the page although it is mostly key information you can still see it even when its printed.

In the third step, I've added what kind of ingredients they will need for this recipe and the exact amount they need to make it, I've labeled it as well just in case people get confused and they understand the numbers, I've also added a line to split the top half of the page with the bottom page as it separates the prep and cook with the ingredients chose a black line because it does colour clash with the background and it didn't want it to stand out too much or it will stand out with the text as well and I just want the text to stand out as that's the most important than the line.

In the fourth step, I've added the method of how you make it step by step so the people making the food know how to make it in detail I've made it in a bigger font as there aren't that many steps to make this and so it fills up most the space so there isn't any empty space, and also so the viewer can read it properly. I've also added another line between the method and ingredients so the viewer doesn't get confused and doesn't mix the ingredients and the method when they keep on looking back and forth to read the steps.

In the last step, I've added an image of the finished product so the viewers can compare their product and the image I have provided them.
